I have followed exact what John showed in the course and made a Facebook ads but has been disapproved.
What shall I do?

Hi everyone, Just came back to my computer and found my FB ad was disapproved after it ran for 14 hours. When asked what policy it violated I was informed that the team would review it and get back to me in 3 days.

FB have a lot of crazy things going on with them.
I placed Campaigns before thatās already running for 2-3 days then they just suddenly disapprove.
I suggest, donāt wait for them to re-approve that campaign.
Instead, create a new one with new video.
FYI.
They recently released a NON DISCRIMINATION policy, in which they disapprove Ad Sets that only have 1 gender on it.
Thatās why I chose All Gender in new my new campaign.

My ad was disapproved. I did everything carefully step by step so I can not understand this. I have appealed.
I appeals and was denied. Here is what they said:

My ad was sisapproved too. Facebook send me a email saying the reason.

Thatās weird, I have several ads using different video sets but all were approved.
FB disapproved an already approved campaigns if I tweak something on my ad.
So I re create new ones.

Some solutions on there which iāll apply to get this resolved with FB and will look into other advertising methods in the course in the mean time.
I just got off the phone with Google inquiring why my search campaign was not approved. It has nothing to dealt with the written content of the ad. The reason they state it is misleading is because you are redirected a couple of timesā¦

Hi John,
My first FB ad got denied last night, no explanation given.
Saw that some people had luck appealing and decided to try. Got the reply below back.
For now, Iām moving on to week 2 and Google Ads.
Any ideas on pressing on with them though, would be happy to give it a go.

I have the same issue. I have tried editing some info but no luck. I added the link to my facebook page, but they do not allow people to use it, and in fact give such a warning that I removed it.
My wife and I have been doing FB ads and other affiliate training for about a year now. One of the things we were taught was to season the fan page and get likes etcā¦ We started with simple post boosts and did some videos every Wednesday for a whileā¦ Anywhoā¦ the first Fan Page I set up worked out well until I posted about making 7k in 7 daysā¦ As soon as that post went out and got approvedā¦ NOTHING after that got deniedā¦ I think seasoning could helpā¦ We opened a new fanpage under my wife for round 2ā¦ a LOT has changed since thenā¦ but I believe until you get some ad spend under your business account it may prove more difficultā¦ I know they donāt teach that here, but we havenāt had any denials yetā¦ There are all kinds of videos on youtube about āseasoningā your fan pageā¦ here is a link as an example. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiCgohIfP_s

Itās not on the slide but he mentioned several times that boosting or finding a way to get LIKES on your fan page is very essential since it would help lessen the cost that FB will charge us on our Ads because thereās possibilities that people who liked your page might share your posts which will give you organic leads and at the same time should there be any bad comment or report on your ads or posts on that Fan Page, having too much likes on the it will help them decide not to close your account.
