I have been suspended after setting up my search ad and I’m awaiting appeal. Information about what could put someone at risk of suspension should be put upfront in the course training in my opinion. If someone is banned for life for (at least apparently) doing nothing wrong, it is too late for them to be told after that fact what they should or shouldn’t have done that made them more likely to get suspended.
Hi everyone I’m new on the system and am currently in week 3 training and after setting up my first Google ad, I had the same issue, my account was suspended and it said due to suspicious payment activity I immediately appealed and was still found to be suspicious. My next move is to call them directly and plead that they reinstate my account. I have a suspicion that it could be because everyone that goes through the training is promoting John’s business so there’s a flood of ads for the same thing and I don’t think Google appreciates that lol Just my thoughts. Also, @SAS-Support-Staff, after watching the “Google Display Ads” video, I didn’t get the icon to click complete. How can I mark this complete so I can move on? Thanks!
