What the difference between clicks and hops?

I have 3 ads running on Facebook ; one ads show 36 clicks but on Clickbank report report page only 2 hops is registered, but on the market place affiliate platforms I saw only 6 clicks why is that? also my posts reached a lot of people but little engagements I don’t get this part?..please someone explain. ! 3ads%20on%20sas|690x425
