My facebook account was hacked and they made two groups under my account. I am now banned from sending ads on facebook because of the hack. Who can I contact to try and get this solved?

The annoying thing about FB is there is no support! You canāt get through to a real person! 
Try here:
@craigbnorton go here and start a chat (click grey Send Message button) and you will queue into a chat with a support bot which will then connect you with live support. Be patient for a few minutes and tell them the issue. You can ask them to call if you feel the chat is unproductive, however some reps will and some wonāt, so just a heads up. But their chat support is effective most of the time for my needs.

@craigbnorton so sorry youāre having to go through this hassle. Thereās also this link, https://www.facebook.com/business/help. I think contact with support is all online, just following the process will get you in touch with a human. I still feel phone support makes the customer feel more satisfied.
