I uploaded the file as john show on the video but is not working contacted bluehost support and they can’t see to get me to pass this any advise how can I fix this problem I think I uploaded the zip file more than ones but Im afraid to deleted cus Im not sure how to do it can this be why is not working
Hi @Gilbertoalicea0! If you are afraid to delete the file on your file manager, that’s okay. You may create another folder under public_html. And from the folder you have added, upload the downloaded zip file from there. Once done, there should only be one file on the folder and extract that file.
