What are the KPIs for SAS?

After going through week one, I’d expect a discussion on KPIs for SAS when running FB ads.
What range for ad spend should we see for CPLC, CTR, CPM, etc.?
I know we ultimately look at sales to ad spend ratios, but until we get enough sales to be statistically significant, we have to rely on CPLC, for example, to know if we should even keep an ad set running or kill it.

1)
Do you have a range for what we should be paying Cost per link click on Facebook ads?
On one campaign i’m at $5.28 CPLC with a .88% CTR on the FB ad.

Do you suggest putting a link to the presell page right in the FB ad copy?
(I know this is common for physical products, but you don’t have it in your SAS Ad Copy document nor is it mentioned to do so in videos that I watched.)
Without that link, it’d just be the Learn More button.

Do you use video watch time on FB ads as a metric/KPI?
