I am very new here. Could any body tell me, Do I have to have a registered Company in order to Signup with Affiliate Company or run the business on my name?

If you are trading as a sole proprietor, you can use your own name.
Your course registration won’t affect how you do your taxes. I would however suggest speaking with your accountant on the best way to track, claim, and manage your business income and expenses.
