I have completed the Clickfunnel presell setup and the presell page shows up in preview and hop count shows in Clickbank; however, the site does not show when entering website url in search box. It takes me back to the Bluehost account page. Entering URL in a browser gets “Forbidden Country”. What am I doing wrong?
