Web Site Setup - Instructions on Bluehost differ to John's Video

Hi,
When creating my new Bluehost web site, the setup is different to John showed in his training video. John says that after I pay I will be taken to a screen where I get to “pick a theme”. Instead I was taken to a screen titled “Let’s create a web site” and it asks “What do you want to name your site” and “What’s your site’s tagline”. I don’t know what to answer here or how to proceed forward. Please help!
