Uploading FB video

Hi,

I have difficulty to upload video on facebook ad, it shows me

“We found 1 error.
The parameter video_id is required.”

Please kindly help.

I ran into a similar error when FB finally approved my ad. I did not choose Instagram as an option and have not found a way to edit it. Is there a different video we need to use?

Was this not answered? I have the same problem. When loading per the link, FB error is ‘The parameter video_id is required.’ How do we get past that error or how do we deal with it? ALSO…videos no longer specify which is best for FB. I’ve searched for that notation unsuccessfully. :frowning: Please help. Thank you.
