Unable to open SAS Bizopp Buyers List

I’ve searched and have not seen this problem listed, so I am asking for some assistance please.

Following the instructions I went to Targeting Data and tried clicking on the SAS Bizopp Buyers List and I get a “Certificate error” and that “This site is not secure”. How do I fix this so I can move forward?

not sure why you can not open it, as it is on google drive and is secure.
post a screen show and someone will be better able to help you.
