I am trying to do a solo ad under seller Mark Jameson and Udimi is only pulling up the suject, but not the body to enter the swipe email. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
I haven’t used Udimi, but I would suggest searching their support forum (HERE) and/or reaching out to their support to assist.

Can you upload a screenshot? I just went on Udimi and I was able to pull up Mark Jameson. After I clicked on “I have ad text” the body appeared along with the subject. Are you using a laptop/desktop?
Maybe try a different browser?
I had the same problem just go back to home screen than redo to subject and body than it will work…
