Is anyone else having a hard time with Udimi, it seems almost ever clickable link and video does not work for me, it won’t let me verify my identity, I thought to logout and maybe it would refresh profile but now it says I don’t even have one, and when I create one with the email it says I don’t have a profile with it says email already taken. Is anyone else having trouble getting started with this site, and suggestions, I clicked the help option, it says I have to log in to contact them. Any help is greatly appreciated thank you!

I had the same issue. I ended up not exiting the page but when I checked my email after signup I was surprised there was no email verification. So I went back to the page and ordered an ad, and then got the email that said to create a password. Ya so weird. Seems some websites are set up for customer satisfaction and others are not. Just a thought, if you haven’t cleared your cookies since then, maybe you can look in your computer history and go back to that first page where you signed up.
