Still Receiving Invalid Access Message After 7 Days

I’ve been ready to get Week 2 started 5 days ago. I received a response saying that I’ll be able to continue on the 10th which is today. But I’m still getting this error message. I feel like this is really slowing me down. Can someone help? Thanks.
