Setting up your pre-sell page

I know having a question and not asking it is not good but I have a question that i’m having difficulty with and that setting up my pre-sell page. Can someone show me how to do this or explain how I go about it.

I used the Show Me How To videos in Module 2 to set up an Adzilla account. In Adzilla you can load Presell Pages from the Templates section into your Pages file and if you want to edit them to ad your own twist you can.
