I have the following concern When choosing a product in ClickBank, such as the example of John (Detox Red Tea), I must register as an affiliate with them, or is it enough with the ClickBank link and my presale page?

When you open and register your account you become an affiliate. Once your account is registered you can get your links and begin your promotions. You don’t need to sign up to their university or other programs. Those are all optional.
