Hi, I uploaded the diabetes presell page ( diabetes winRAR file ) but I can’t extract the file ( the files is not supported )

Also, many of the upsell pages are not working, such as
Muscle-20190421T054446Z-001 - index file 0 bytes
Brain-20190421T045419Z-001 - index file 0 bytes

Please help
