Presell Page Not Reflecting

Hello - I set up my presell page http://www.sb777sbs.com last Sunday (08/25/2019) the manual way in CoolHandlle. I followed step by step Week 2 - Manual Method but my presell page is still not reflecting. I’m still getting the error message below. I thought the issue could be that my domain needed to propagate as per the email CoolHandle sents you. But the email says it takes 24 hrs to 72 hrs for the domain to propagate. It’s been almost a week and I’m still having the same issue.

Now, for some reason, I can view my page through here http://web208.coolhandle.com/~waenbvpt/ ( temporarily URL Coolhandle provides). I just can’t view it through my webpage URL.

Please help.

It seems your domain hasn’t been assigned to your Coolhandle hosting account or it is parked/not your main domain.

I would contact CH support to see if it is an assignment issue.

Thank you! I submitted a support request. They were able to fix the issue yesterday.
