No permission to update ad account

Hey there,

I do not have permission to update ad account. No idea how to go about it, John. Attached a screenshot. It’s sad to know glitches like this slows down the training. I am still doing my week 1 training for almost 2 weeks now :frowning:

Maybe your Rachel Anthony account (name showing top right) hasn’t got permission to work on the Rachel Blooms (name showing top left) Ad account?
I had to fiddle a bit to get permissions lined up.

Any idea how to fix that? :frowning:

On my Ad Manager page the gear icon top right say Business Settings when you hover over it and when clicked opens up a Business Setting page where you can assign roles to Ad Accounts.
I have set up FB Business Manager so yours might not be the same as this.
