I don’t think that is necessary, Unless you want to get more specific on your keywords.

Hi Todd! When I add these using double quotes I get an error message saying not to use special characters. Once I remove the quotes it lets me save the list & apply it to my campaign. Not sure if anyone else has run into this but I wanted to share my experience. Thx!

Yes, I got the same error message. I took off the quotation marks, added them, then changed them to phrase match after adding them.
