My domain subpage is working but my main domain has weird unformatted info

I purchased my domain www.simply-affiliatemarketing.com from Bluehost and the subdomain for my John Crestani affiliate page is working at www.simply-affiliatemarketing.com/sas. The main URL page however is a weird unformatted page that shows a clickbank link.

Support explained that we use the subdomains (in this case /sas) so the main url can be used for multiple affiliate offers which makes sense.

For the main URL page would anyone else like to share what they have done with it to make it more attractive and if they used Bluehost, Clickfunnels or another site to make it a more useful page?

Hi @christinejetsets, you can make changes on your domain main page or home page by editing and customizing the theme of your website. You can go to WordPress and choose a theme that you’d like and customize it according to your desired design.
