@kopper53, much appreciated I am chugging away and have hit some road blocks. Emailing support has assisted, I think it would go a little smoother and take less time if there was a telephone number for support but they are doing their best and are helpful when they do respond. As you move through the training and take action though it doesn’t go as smoothly as you hope which is to be expected so I have jotted down questions but I don’t know where to post them or to reach out to more seasoned people to see if i can get some feedback. Start a new forum? look for an older forum that has not traffic and doesn’t answer my question? I also just signed up for the weekly webinars to see if maybe that avenue would lend assistance.

The weekly webinars on Thursdays is a must… they usually have a 1/2 hour period set aside for questions and answers before they get into a 45 minute training period. One suggestion is for you to go watch all the previous webinars starting back in December 2019.
