LTV tells companies how much revenue they can expect one customer to generate over the course of the business relationship.
LTV is a calulation rather then a training
The average lifetime value of your customers is the average monthly revenue per customer adjusted for monthly churn and gross margin. … Just divide LTV by CAC. For example, if your customer lifetime value is $3,000 and your expenses for acquiring a customer are $1,000, then your LTV :CAC ratio would be 3:1.
I believe you are referring to Vendors providing Lifetime Commissions to Affiliates (Clickbank). This would be LTC.
As an affiliate you would be interested in the lifetime value of a customer if you are promoting a product for a seller that offers Lifetime Commissions (Clickbank) or if you are working an affiliate platform that offers a similar option.
Not all platforms will offer a similar option to affiliates.
Clickbank allows sellers to set up this agreement with an individual affiliate so you can reach out to a seller to see if they would be willing to offer that option to you. In terms of how to get accepted a seller may have requirements like seeing the past success of an affiliate or particular size to the affiliates list, or any other factor that would offer proof of previous success as an affiliate. These requirements would be set by the individual seller.
Clickbank does not offer symbol or other identifying information on which sellers may be willing to do this.
Vendors can set this up for all affiliates but there is no way within Clickbank to know if that is the case unless they have stated it on their JV page.
