In the video, John says to always select the option with no goal guidance. But when I follow the link to set mine up it always takes be to the page with only 3 options (Calls, Physical visits, Website sales).
Have I gone to the wrong place, or if it’s just a change do I select more web visits?

I am not sure on which step you are on, but if you click settings then go to expert mode, you should see the same interface John shows in his videos. You can also drop us an email to [email protected] with the relevant screenshot so we can guide you through the proper set up
