Is Facebook Business same as Regular Facebook sign up?

Hi,
I am just a few days into the business and is concerned about the Facebook page. I don’t have a Facebook account. Should I open a regular Facebook page? Is it the same as a business Facebook page?

No, but you do need a regular FB profile in order to sign up for a business account.

Sign up to FB, then go to www.business.facebook.com
