In the UK and Clickbank won't complete my profile

Hello SAS community. Further to the Topic above I created the account on Clickbank but when I tried to complete my profile it would not let me save it. Also, although there is a section saying how would you like to be paid it only gave me the opportunity to put my name in the box.

Is anyone doing this from the UK successfully? Would appreciate input.
