Thanks Sara, I see that and I am learning to navigate and interact with the forum now. It has always been a bit disconcerting when the speakers / presenters on the coaching calls could not see the questions. I could not see them either??? duhh! I see now it is not a simple open forum… A lot is hidden depending on security and trust levels… That seems a bit complex for what we are trying to do… We are all learning. ~ David
