i set up my google display ads on friday and now monday and still saying that its under review,
is this normal ? how long did it take for others? as search ads was within a few mins for approval
The same here. I’ve contacted their support and this seems to be normal.
It can take anywhere between 3 hrs to 3 days for ads to be approved.
I’d just keep an eye on them 
I just checked again still under review 
It may be 3 working days. Hopefully you get an answer soon
