How Do I add Facebook Pixel to Provided Presell Page

I have uploaded the presell page for John’s System to my website and am starting facebook ads. However, Facebook says to place the pixel just before the tag of the page.

I understand basic HTML and looking at the index page as well as the CSS document I can not find the closing Header tag.

Can anyone help me with where to place the Facebook tracking pixel?
