Should i use a picture thumbmail with text, it says it won’t be that effective.

If you do not set up your pixel correctly then your conversion stats won’t properly report, however, this won’t affect tracking your cookie and you being credited for any sale that you make.
Hi Farhad! Yes Facebook does not like having text in ad images. You can request the manual review and move on. You can also create another ad to test against this one if you want.
