Trying to complete setting up presell pages per manual method…I set up a test folder, uploaded the Survey Presell file, extracted files from it. But I am still unable to EDIT the Index.html file because no matter what I try (reload, right-click, highlight, whatever) I cannot get the Edit tab to light up to be available. (Right-click options don’t include ‘Edit,’ either.) I would greatly appreciate ideas to try!

I had tried that before, but I tried it again just now, to be sure. The Edit tab remains grey.

Yes, used that, reviewed it several times. I also reviewed the video a few times. When I went through everything again, making sure I had completed everything. I had done so. But the last time, the Edit button lit up. So all is well.
