Hi There! Then maybe you’ve missed something when setting up the account on cPanel :slight_smile:
Can you check out the steps on this guide and see if you’ve overlooked something maybe?

Let us know what you find, or you can also attach your cPanel public_html folder screenshot, so we can see if everything is there!
