Hello, My name is Melinda. I have 2 kids, a 14 and 11 yr old and been working in a customer service call center environment and I’m excited to find something I can choose my own time in doing without being in a structured setting. I’m excited to see where this will take me.

Thanks BastianS for the nice warm welcome! I definitely will try to be engaged in the forum and keep up with all the learning materials I’m provided with. I know I still got a long ways to go before I reached where I want to be, but I’m excited and looking forward to it.
