I created my own VSL for google.
Has anyone else seen this problem and been able to resolve?
I talked to Google Support, they said that I do NOT have visible Branding in my VSL.
Please let me know.

Hey Mike - I had the same thing happen to me; I used a video from an affiliate site that said it was Google compliant and when i tried to set up on youtube got the same message.
now I am very nervous as there seems to be a 2 strike policy at Google which may be the reason my account is now suspended.
