Once I complete the ad setup I noticed that all 3 variations of the ad are the same. Shouldn’t they be slightly different?
I think thats how they have to be, i got the same; but once you click on Save and Continue, you will only have two.

no, they all should be different from one another, in ur case of 3 variations , google adds traffic will distrubuted to all 3 variations so you have to check which variation is getting more clicks and rest variatons you can make edit by good wordings to attract or delete other varaitions and keep good variations as it is…
