FB Ads are "Active" but NOT Spending?

Hi everyone,

So, I have two FB ad campaigns that were approved and marked “Active” but they have not spent in almost a week nor have I had any more impressions or engagement.

Any clue as to why this could be? Any feedback and suggestions are appreciated.

As Todd noted, if you can post a screenshot we may be able to see what the issue is. It is hard to comment with out a reference

Update - one of the ads spent $1.35 today after about 5 days of no spending. Could this just be part of Facebook’s fussy algorithm?

Looks like you are getting good action on the bottom ad.
the top ad looks like you just started it.

My ad account was deactivated, and I got my ass handed to me on the ad I ran. Over $80 spent. Over $6 cost per click. Only 12 unique link clicks. And a whole bunch of negative reactions and comments…

I followed John’s video for FB Ad setup exactly (using video B, as suggested) and triple, even quadruple checked everything to avoid the common mistakes.

I have decided to step away from FB as a platform for now because of this and focus on google, Youtube, solo ads etc… But any thoughts, feedback, suggestions, etc. are welcomed and appreciated.
