Am getting this message whenever I try to load the Biz Op buyers list on facebook
You’re Not Able to Share This Audience

You can only share audiences that are connected to ad accounts in Business Manager. This ad account xxxxx is connected to a personal Facebook account.

To share this audience, you have two options:

  1. Contact an admin for a business you belong to in Business Manager and ask them to either add this ad account to the business or give you the role of admin.
  2. Create a new business in Business Manager and add this ad account to it.

hey there @ckioko, did you create an account using facebook business manager? You would have created an audience in ad manager that you can upload. I suggest maybe go back and re watch Week 1, the System Set-up, video #7 Facebook Ad Setup1, lookalike audiences. Hope that helps!

I was finally able to create the audience this morning using the Biz Op file, but FB flagged some items on the list as in error. It seemed that the list was used.
