What does it mean when it says my 2 ads on Google say Eligible (learning?
This means that your campaign is active and can show ads. The “Learning” part is your Bid Strategy status. After you make a change to your bid strategy, it takes time for your Ads account to gather the performance data it needs to optimize your bids.
If you continue to see this status for 1-2 weeks then you can refer to this article to determine if your conversion settings are misconfigured:
