Hello,
I created a new domain about 48 hours ago but have yet to be able to access my website.
I know it says it can take up to 72 hours but accordong to the training module it should only take up to 2 hours.
I just want to make sure there’s not another issue that’s causing me to not be able to access my domain?

Hi, so sorry for the late reply!
In one of the weekly training/webinars a few weeks back- Ilya stated they’ve been having some issues with domains being created.
In order to remedy this, you will contact support, they will adjust some things on their end. Then, you’ll be able to successfully create your domain.
