Firstly, thanks for putting the new site and course together. Generally it’s much better.
A few minor recommendations:
When in the course section, it would be handy to have a header with Resources at the minimum so that you can open it up in a new window without having to leave the particular lesson.
Sometimes I don’t remember which lesson I’m on, so a visual indicator (shading? check-mark?) would be helpful instead of having to click through each one to see if the lesson was completed.
As I said, small details, but useful.
