Copyright? Youtube Video/Clickbank Speechelo Product

Hello,
I was trying to use Speechelo as my product to advertise. Within my pre-sell page, I placed one of those speechelo videos you would see in youtube. The content itself of the video is from the official website but the person/account that hosts the video seems like its someone not affiliated to speechelo. My question would be if this would be a situation where I would be plagiarizing someone’s work?

Hi there, @almatienzo! For as long as the video doesn’t have a copyright to it or for as long as you credit the owner of the video you used, then you should be okay.

Although, best to use a video that is available on the vendor’s affiliate page if they provide any.
