I don’t know what to do unless I just cancel and start over. For days I have been into support tickets and now no response. My domain name does not work. I thought it might have been me putting in the redirect code. But no that is correct but the site will not load so am confused and now impatient to get going.
In my opinion, Coolhandle suck! 
They have little to no support, don’t have WP installed and are just fiddly.
Go with Bluehost would be my recommendation. 12months hosting, free SSL certificate and domain name is $72.
Just to follow up I did get a refund from coolhandle and went over to Bluehost and set up with ease. I have used them before.
