Cool handle...no ssl certificate....people, check your sites to see if iphones can click through!

I had 2 separate people with iphones go to my cool handle website where I have a signup form. This is not the original domain that we set up, this is an additional sub i added through clickfunnels plug in. They tried to submit the forms and it does not take them to the next page. I have android and it works fine which tells me that iphones don’t like the “not secure” on the page. This also tells me I have been throwing my money in the toilet sending traffic to this site since a lot of people use iphones. Let me know if anyone else is having the same issue.

Does anyone know how to get the SSL certificate with Coolhandle? I’m not even sure they offer it and I’m having trouble finding out because their customer service is nonexistent.

Also, is there a way to integrate Godaddy with clickfunnels? I might make the switch before I make more funnels on Coolhandle if I can’t figure this out soon.

Hi JohnP, I just found this:

GoDaddy has exceptional customer service. I have a number of WordPress websites hosted with GoDaddy. See if this link answers your question.

i find these SSL weird cause the page only show secure if you put https:// before your website , but who put https:// before type a webpage ?

I was unable to complete my transaction with coolhandle, I was given the “error” msg after the credit card payment completed, so I’m disputing that charge. I went w/Bluehost instead, which was provided as another choice under coolhandle. I also saved 9$ on the Bluehost cost vs coolhandle.

You can connect any host provider to Clickfunnels:

Not sure if you figured out the CoolHandle issue but i personally went with Bluehost and even though the training is for CoolHandle, the navigation is similar but it seems like Bluehost has less steps to take for the same tasks in the instructional vids. Once i figure out what im doing and get through the training, i might try to become an Affiliate for Bluehost !
