Hi John and team,

When I tried to do the “Customize Video” in the Ad section, there was no link to automatically generate captions for the video, and would only allow an .srt file.

Do you have .srt files already generated for your videos, or will I have to create them separately?

huh weird, usually facebook allows you to generate captions. Maybe the video wasnt fully loaded/processed? Can you go back and look again?

Thats how i always did it, no srt file available. Either way, its not a big deal to run your video ad without captions.
