Closed Caption - SRT FILE

Hi one et al,
Whilst setting up my first FB Ad, once I had uploaded the video ( 01_ENGLISH_B_2018.11.28_01) into my Ad set up, I was invited to “Customise Video”.
When John clicks this button in the tutorial video the CC’s are automatically processed, however when I click the button, I’m instructed to upload an SRT File. Please go here to see the screenshots: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ivzjl7u8s6e8l6k/AADaz06QkNNhllu8LyXb0nIRa?dl=0

Please advise where I can find the SRT File to upload so that the video displays the CC’s?
