I was testing my affilate hop links and had been testing them a few times, admitted I went to generate the link a few times, after a while this came up

Have you tried checking if you have an adblocker enabled on your browser? Or a firewall that may block hoplinks?
I’m having the same issue. I’ve turned off adblockers but it still comes up.
I figured it out, my clickbank nickname was incorrect.
