When I use the url /test/ for my new website the results for up as “Oops! That Page Can’t Be Found.”
I re-watched The Manual Method video several times to see if I had missed something but I certain that i have done everything as seen on the video. Please Help, thanks

Had same problem, went to BlueHost and they fixed that for me.
If your domain with bluehost is an https://yourdomainname.com, the file manager set up is for http://yourdomainname.com/test … the https is good and cost zip.
If you get hold of BlueHost support, select option “technical”, they will be able to help you.
