Can't seem to get live training webinar to play?

Hello,

I’m wondering how to play the live training recordings?? I really don’t understand why it’s been this difficult to get them to play, maybe i’m just blind and missing something haha! But I signed into the GoToStage via my google account and the video still does not play :frowning: Can someone help me out? Below is a screenshot of the video screen.

Hi @waltercrist16! Is it the same for all the gotostage videos or just one in particular? Is it Chrome that you are using? Please try to use chrome as your browser if you haven’t yet.

It is the same no matter what training i try to watch. No I’m trying to use Firefox becuase that is the only browser my old desktop cpu has installed.
