Can not get you Bluehost up and running

Did I miss something in the steps on how to set up your website.

I got my domain name, but the steps to link the domain name and website/page like John showed in the video went over my head; because Bluehost had changed their site layout. Can someone help me please? The steps do not work with the new site layout. Help!
