hello everyone, I can not access the 4th video in week one and I have completed the 3rd video and marked it as completed. can somebody help me out, am I missing something or a step?

I just started getting the same message around 930 pm. EST. I completed the welcome module, and was on the last video “Common Mistakes” and my completion percentage went from 31% back to 0%. There has to be a post regarding the fix to this. Someone please help.
i was on the last video from the first week module.

I am having the same issue where I cannot view video 4 in the Week 1 series. I submitted a support ticket to have them look at it.
I am having the exact same problem!
Everything is marked complete, and then, I get “Invalid Access” on the 4th video in Week 1!
Trying my best to put forth MAXIMUM EFFORT, but, it is difficult to get stuff done if I can’t get to the stuff to do!
Same issue here as well.
